  • Profile Information: Optional details such as a profile photo or personal preferences.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, and interactions with listings.
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address; precise location only if you grant permission in the mobile app.

c) Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Processors: When you make a payment, our payment partners (e.g., Payme, Click, Stripe) process your payment details. We only receive a transaction confirmation and masked payment identifier — we never store full card numbers.
  • Social Login: If you sign in via Google or other providers, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.
